Hotel Dei Cavalieri Caserta - La Reggia

It was great with its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, especially the local cheeses and pastries.

the air conditioning didn't work well.

Everything was excellent, efficient staff, pleasant views of the mountains. I ate at a clean restaurant for dinner. Its excellent, central location was a plus. The food was excellent, had plenty of options.

internet pay,it would be very good to use free internet in your hotel. This would be a big plus to your hotel.

My room had great lighting, but the air conditioning didn't work well.

Bright junior suite with gates. Marvellous and particularly good location on Caserta town centre & garden views. Exceptional service from the INCREDIBLE, affable staff members.

The lack of parking space was a major disadvantage

Here's my take on it

We enjoyed a junior suite that faced the piazza, offering a picturesque experience. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, a large balcony for relaxation, and a fridge. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, highlighting fresh local options. The friendly staff answered all our questions.

Excellent services, the public parking was available nearby. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good size bathroom and a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control in the room. A huge variety of food at the exceptionally nice breakfast. Outstanding food plus amazingly kind and very pleasant staff. Location just off "La Bouganville " as well as the train station.

Very helpful and courteous staff, particularly Alberto at the front desk.

Comfortable central location

the breakfasts is excellent and great with variety of food. it has favourable location to central pedestrian area, in a central area.

Central position in Caserta

Bar, advised by reception at 20:00 the bar was closed - but think there was not one as I had looked for it before asking at reception.

The proximity to the fine Reggia di Caserta, less than a block away, was a highlight of our stay. It allowed us to easily explore one of Italy's most magnificent royal palaces.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, making the nights a bit uncomfortable.

Internet service not stable. In rooms it is poor

Excellent hotel and great value for money. Staff were fantastic and very very helpful. Great breakfast. Most importantly, the hotel is very clean and great for either couples or a family. We have 2 young kids and we found it to be in a great location right in the city. Will definitely stay here again.
